Adecco is currently hiring a full-time results-driven and client-focused Talent Consultant to support the growth and success of our client’s business based in Brampton, ON. This role combines strategic consulting, relationship management, and hands-on recruiting to attract, assess, and place top talent while driving exceptional client and candidate experiences.

  • Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00/hour

  • Location: Brampton, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary to permanent position | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding workforce needs, hiring goals, and business challenges

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Deliver market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to clients

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practices

  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in ATS/CRM systems

  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

  • Meet or exceed recruitment KPIs related to time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)

  • Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills

  • Experience using ATS/CRM platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and hiring best practices

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
