Adecco is currently hiring a full-time results-driven and client-focused Talent Consultant to support the growth and success of our client’s business based in Brampton, ON. This role combines strategic consulting, relationship management, and hands-on recruiting to attract, assess, and place top talent while driving exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00/hour
Location: Brampton, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job type: Temporary to permanent position | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding workforce needs, hiring goals, and business challenges
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Deliver market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to clients
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practices
Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Meet or exceed recruitment KPIs related to time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
Experience using ATS/CRM platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Solid understanding of employment legislation and hiring best practices
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
