Supply Chain Project Manager
Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Supply Chain Project Manager for our client located in Ottawa, ON.
The Supply Chain Project Manager directs and coordinates program development projects, leading cross-functional teams from concept to product launch. They ensure project goals, costs, quality, and timelines are met, analyze risks, and complete documentation according to business and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Supply Chain or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Project Management role.

Responsibilities:
Direct, manage, and coordinate Program Development projects through cross-functional teams.
Responsible for the development and execution of detailed project plans to achieve overall program goals.
Lead, coordinate, and/or participate in cross-functional team activities from the Concept Phase through the Product Launch Phase.
Responsible and accountable for meeting program development requirements, meeting program cost goals, quality objectives, and time-to-market objectives.
Analyze complex problems including those related to project risks; identify their impact, and establish probabilities.
Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business and quality standards.
Required Education and Experience:
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada.
Post-secondary degree or diploma supply Chain or related field.
3-5 years experience in Supply Chain or Project Management role.
Skilled in project planning and management.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills demonstrated good judgment.
Ability to be creative in achieving objectives while assuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Working knowledge of new product development methodologies is an asset
Ability to utilize commonly accepted project management tools to assist in the development of and adherence to a schedule
Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data involves multiple competing factors.
Ability to form and develop interpersonal, and professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior.
Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability and aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software.
Ability to prioritize.
