Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and analytical Strategy, Planning, and Analytics Manager to lead our client’s strategic planning process and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth based in Winnipeg, MB. Pay Rate: $110,000/annually

Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning cycle, including current-state assessments, strategy development, budget alignment, and performance tracking
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape long-term business strategies and optimization initiatives
Conduct in-depth financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, variance analysis, and ROI assessments
Drive monthly FP&A reporting by analyzing operational and financial performance and identifying key business insights
Develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans aligned with corporate growth strategies
Build and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, capital investments, and market expansion opportunities
Design and manage performance tracking frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, variance reports, and executive summaries
Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership reviews, strategy sessions, and capital planning discussions
Support project execution through implementation roadmaps, change management support, and progress monitoring
Provide strategic recommendations based on financial performance, operational metrics, and market trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA or relevant graduate degree considered a strong asset
Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business strategy, analytics, or a related role
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or Python is an asset
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and present insights to senior leadership
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
