Sourcing Specialist

Adecco is currently hiring for a Sourcing Specialist to join our clients dynamic Talent Attraction team for a full-time position. In this role, you will support the recruitment function by building robust talent pipelines and directly engaging with top talent. • Location: Ottawa, ON

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Job Type: Full-time | Temporary (6 month contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Talent Attraction and Hiring Managers to understand upcoming roles and hiring needs

• Build diverse talent pipelines using innovative sourcing methods

• Engage and pre-screen passive candidates through various platforms

• Track sourcing activity and provide regular market insights

• Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS and sourcing dashboards

• Recommend process improvements and share sourcing best practices

• Coach and support junior sourcing team members

• Champion the candidate experience and enhance the client’s employer brand

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition or HR

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media platforms, etc.)

• Ability to analyze job requirements and identify relevant talent profiles

• Industry experience in telecom or IT is an asset

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
