Adecco is currently hiring a full-time meticulous and experienced SOP Writer/Drafter to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our operational processes are clearly documented, standardized, and easy to follow. In this role you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating standard operating procedures across various departments. This role involves collaborating with different teams to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining a comprehensive library of SOPs.

Responsibilities:

  • OP Development: Write and develop clear, concise, and detailed standard operating procedures for various departments and processes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and department heads to gather accurate information and understand procedural requirements.

  • Review and Editing: Review existing SOPs for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current standards. Edit documents as needed to improve clarity and readability.

  • Compliance: Ensure all SOPs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

  • Documentation Management: Maintain a comprehensive and organized library of SOPs, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.

  • Training and Support: Assist in training staff on new and updated SOPs. Provide support to ensure proper implementation and adherence to procedures.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations for enhancing SOPs and operational efficiency.

  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information related to SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in writing and drafting SOPs or similar technical documentation roles.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Strong understanding of operational processes and quality standards.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using documentation management software and tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe Acrobat).
