Site Supervisor - Construction HVAC

Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor - Construction HVAC to join our clients team for a 4-6-month contract position in Brantford, ON. This role will focus on the successful execution of construction projects, particularly in the HVAC sector and healthcare construction. The ideal candidate will oversee all project activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure the project is on track with respect to schedule, quality, and safety standards.

• Location: Brantford, ON

• Shifts: Monday- Thursday | 7:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Run and own the project delivery success, ensuring daily on-site presence as required.

• Create and maintain project schedules, produce and log 2-week look-ahead, and coordinate with the customer/Construction Manager.

• Manage subcontractors, review scopes, and coordinate activities between contractors. Conduct schedule and coordination meetings as needed.

• Forecast and coordinate site supervisor labour, manage project progress, and ensure alignment with project plans.

• Review and track required project materials, ensuring timely procurement and coordination with the project schedule.

• Maintain regular communication with the owner, provide daily field reports, and manage documentation through MS Project or Procore. Conduct daily site inspections and keep detailed records with daily photos.

• Administer safety requirements, conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks, and manage site-specific safety plans. Ensure work quality and functional systems at the end of each shift.

• Maintain SDS Sheets Binder, identify and log risk items, draft RFIs and change orders as needed, and submit monthly subcontractor and pencil requisitions to the PM.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• 3-7 years of experience in construction project management or as a site superintendent.

• Previous experience in HVAC construction and healthcare construction projects.

• Ability to pass criminal checks, employment, and education verifications.

• Flexible schedule to meet project demands.

• Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adaptability.
