Site Manager (Retail Store/Gas)

Adecco is seeking a proactive and results-driven Site Manager to oversee multiple retail gas stations across the Lower Mainland, BC for our client. This full-time, permanent position offers an annual salary of $55,000 and provides a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in retail operations while leading and mentoring a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:  

• Overseeing a team ensuring customer delivery expectations are met.

• Accountable for profit and loss statements for the site, maximizing sales potential through performance management and coaching employees.

• Commitment to health and safety processes set by corporate, training employees on protocols.

• Improve on-site operational excellence and customer perceptions.

• Contribute to the recruitment and staff selection, train new employees.

• Deliver profitability, volume, convenience retailing and operating standard targets to shareholders.

• Collaborate with Territory Manager on business plans, implement marketing initiatives.

Requirements:  

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but at least up to four years of experience in a similar role will be considered.

• Strong leadership skills working in a retail setting.

• Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities, be a self-starter.

• Driver's license and vehicle is required for this role.
