Service Technician (Copiers)

Adecco, in partnership with our client, is currently hiring a full-time hands-on, detail‑oriented Service Technician (Copiers) to join our client’s growing team in Mississauga, ON. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, electro-mechanical equipment experience, curiosity for how technology works, and a desire to grow into service or advanced technical roles. You’ll assemble, test, repair, and prepare customer equipment while working closely with interdepartmental teams such as Service, Technical Support, Customer Experience (CX), and Sales.

• Pay Rate: $50,000.00 – $62,000.00/year +/- (based on experience)

QUALIFICATIONS - Service Technician (Copiers):

• Diploma in electronics or equivalent practical experience with multi-functional devices and printers

• Technical aptitude with mechanical or electro‑mechanical experience (asset).

• Strong understanding of digital and/or analog electronics (ideal).

• Proven troubleshooting ability.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Valid G or G2 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

RESPONSIBILITIES - Service Technician (Copiers):

• Assemble and calibrate new devices based on customer specifications.

• Troubleshoot and repair returned or used equipment, assist technicians with repairs.

• Calibrate and test equipment to verify full functionality.

• Receive, unpack, and assemble new MFPs (copiers/printers) and related options.

• Confirm order completion and readiness with the CX team.

• Receive and inspect return authorization equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

• Support field service teams when required.

• Communicate effectively across Service, Tech Support, CX, and Sales teams.

• Ensure quality assurance before confirming task completion.

• Occasional travel to customer locations may be required.

• Work independently and make informed decisions based on training and experience.
