Adecco is looking for a committed Service Parts Coordinator to join our client's team in a temporary-to-permanent position based in Toronto, ON. This role offers a competitive salary of $20 per hour. The successful candidate will assist HVAC Field Technicians and the Service Department in effectively managing parts orders.   • Pay rate: $20/hour.

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary to permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HVAC Field Technicians in ordering parts and manage communication with the Service Department.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective communication.

  • Enforce safety standards and maintain accountability for company assets.

  • Prepare quotes and sales orders using MAXX.

  • Manage tickets through Zendesk and assist with daily tasks for the parts team.

  • Coordinate warranty parts returns with vendors.

  • Keep records and reports up to date.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate preferred.

  • Moderate computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Advanced customer service skills and a demonstrated work ethic.

  • Ability to work in a small team with moderate supervision.
