Senior Vice President - Finance

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Senior Vice President, Finance to join our client’s finance team supporting Calgary and Banff, AB. In this role you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, governance, and performance across the organization. This role provides strategic insights to support decision-making, ensures robust financial controls, and champions process improvements to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead long-term financial strategy, annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Oversee operating P&L, capital planning, and financial performance management

• Provide executive-level financial insights to guide strategic decisions

• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks

• Champion financial systems, planning tools, and process improvements

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth initiatives and operational excellence

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and financial planning processes

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business required; MBA preferred

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership of high-performing teams

• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and analysis

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems

• Experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or investor relations preferred

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through change

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
