Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly experienced Senior Site Superintendent to lead and manage commercial construction projects in Edmonton, AB. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in overseeing complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

  • Pay Rate: $140K - $160K/year (based on experience)

  • Location: Edmonton, AB

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople, to achieve project goals.

  • Develop and enforce project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and construction standards.

  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control measures, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Manage site inspections, approvals, and documentation to maintain project integrity

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • 10-15 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction.

  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

  • Working for one of Canada's Top GC Company in Edmonton

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools is an asset.

  • A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
