Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Land Development to lead complex civil and municipal infrastructure projects across Southwestern Ontario. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong technical expertise, project management capability, and a passion for delivering high-quality land development and municipal engineering solutions. You will oversee projects from concept through construction, manage multidisciplinary teams, support business development initiatives, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Pay Rate: $120k-$150k/year.

- Lead civil design projects, including sewers, watermains, stormwater, earthworks, and roadworks
- Direct project teams, manage timelines, budgets, scope, and financial performance
- Oversee quality assurance and compliance with firm standards
- Coordinate construction and contract administration activities
- Maintain strong client, contractor, and regulatory relationships
- Develop project scopes, budgets, proposals, and secure contracts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Mentor and coach team members, support hiring, onboarding, and professional development
- Ensure timely project closeouts and financial tracking
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Civil Engineering degree or diploma
- P.Eng., C.E.T., or LET designation in Ontario
- 8+ years of progressive experience in consulting engineering or a municipal environment (Ontario preferred)
- Strong knowledge of land development, Site Plan approvals, and municipal engineering standards
- Proven experience in sewer, roadway, stormwater, and site servicing design
- Demonstrated project management expertise across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating sub-consultants, and managing clients
- Business development experience including proposals and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Experience delivering land development projects in Southwestern Ontario; municipal experience an asset
