Adecco is currently seeking a Senior Manager - Investment Consulting on behalf of our client, a leader in the financial and investment management industry. This is a 6-month contract position, located in Toronto, ON, offering a competitive salary of CAD $67 per hour. The successful candidate will bring expert knowledge in performance measurement and reporting, specifically within investment management, while driving excellence in service delivery and team leadership.
  • Pay rate: $67/hour.
  • Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid –onsite 3 days per week
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: 6-month contract with possibility of extension | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on complex performance measurement and reporting issues.
  • Provide leadership to a team of performance analysts and reporting specialists, fostering collaboration and delivering top-tier results.
  • Communicate effectively, interacting both verbally and in writing with various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party providers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, optimizing performance reporting mechanisms.
  • Be responsible for integrating performance data from various sources such as custodian feeds, internal portfolio management systems, and third-party investment managers.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in performance measurement, ideally within an investment management setting.
  • Proven expertise in performance reporting for alternative and illiquid investments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of performance reporting tools and methodologies, as well as experience integrating data from various information sources.
  • CIPM or CFA designation is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Investment Metric Skills (PARis) is an asset.
  • A client-focused mindset with a desire to provide the best service and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
