Senior Integration Developer

Adecco is currently seeking a Spring Integration Developer for a full-time, 1-year temporary contract. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Java developers with strong expertise in enterprise integration solutions who want to work remotely on complex integration projects for a leading financial institution.

As a Spring Integration Developer, you will provide hands-on expertise to the Collateral Management Application Services team, helping deploy and enhance Spring Integration solutions, migrate flows from MuleSoft to Spring Boot/Spring Integration, and resolve production-grade integration issues. You will also support the adoption of JasperReports for enterprise reporting.

• Salary: IC T4 $60–75/hr, IC $75–90/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide practical, hands-on expertise in deploying and enhancing Spring Integration solutions

• Develop migration of integration flows from MuleSoft to Spring Boot/Spring Integration

• Handle complex integration scenarios involving AMQ (Artemis Message Queue), JMS, and non-JMS message types

• Deliver enterprise integration solutions with advanced patterns, routing, transformation, error handling, and resiliency

• Assist the team in resolving production-grade integration issues end-to-end

• Contribute to JasperReports adoption, including report design and data integration

• Perform other related activities and deliverables as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of recent experience in a Java application development environment

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integration flows using Spring Integration

• Solid knowledge of messaging platforms such as Red Hat AMQ Broker and JMS API

• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Apache Maven, JUnit, and Mockito

• Proven ability to provide subject-matter expertise in a fast-paced delivery environment

• Additional experience with JasperReports for enterprise reporting is an asset
