Adecco is currently hiring a Senior Distribution Associate for a 6-month contract opportunity in Ottawa West.

This role supports the overall compliance of the distribution function, including customer complaint management, CAPA activities related to the supply chain, labeling compliance, and supply chain KPI reporting. This position is ideal for an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in compliance, documentation, and regulated environments.

  • Pay Rate: $28.85

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | Contract (6 months)

Responsibilities:

  • Verify all labeling activities related to country-specific additional shipping labels and ensure 100% compliance

  • Manage distribution priorities and assign tasks within the team, including packing cartridges and completing batch records

  • Organize and lead morning and evening team huddles

  • Manage, track, and report supply chain KPIs

  • Review customer complaints related to product distribution by analyzing issues and conducting investigations

  • Identify patterns and trends related to customer complaints and report findings

  • Create detailed documentation outlining investigation summaries and conclusions

  • Support design change requests, validation, verification, and document change processes and approvals

  • Generate and manage CAPA documentation (ERs, PCs, CAs, PAs, investigations) for the supply chain management team

  • Act as a point of contact for QA and CAPA teams

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Understand and comply with all applicable EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Promote environmental protection and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Undergraduate university degree (4-year program) and/or equivalent experience in supply chain, CAPA, or quality record writing

  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in a supply chain compliance role

  • Experience in a regulated environment, preferably within the medical device sector

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
