Sealant Equipment Operator

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Sealant Equipment Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team in Mississauga, ON. In this role you will be responsible for operating various dispensing and sealant equipment to meet customer specifications and ensure high-quality standards. This role involves machine maintenance, manual touch-ups, and adherence to safety and quality protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* This role requires security clearance as per CGP which would be open to Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Operate multiple types of dispensing and sealant equipment according to customer specifications.
Mask and tape unit products in areas that must remain free of sealant.
Inspect assemblies to ensure proper sealant coverage and quality standards.
Maintain sealant and dispensing machines to ensure optimal operating condition.
Remove excess sealant and perform manual touch-ups for consistent quality.
Transport racks of finished products to designated areas for continued manufacturing processes.
Perform machine maintenance, including changing sealant and mixers and cleaning machines for efficiency.
Complete general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of various materials used in the process.
Complete all required Specific Function Training courses.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet production requirements.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of chemical assembly processes and safety regulations.
Experience with assembly tools and equipment specific to chemical processes.
Familiarity with quality control methodologies and testing procedures.
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
Experience in a clean room environment preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
