Adecco in parentship with our client, who is a rapidly expanding, well-established healthcare organization, is looking for a driven Sales Representative who’s passionate about building relationships and creating meaningful impact. In this role you will be the face of the organization—identifying new opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and leading the charge in revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience from initial outreach to long-term account support.

Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business within the healthcare sector
Build, strengthen, and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Deeply understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to negotiation to closing
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Keep CRM data and pipeline activity accurate, organized, and up to date
Partner with internal departments to ensure exceptional client success and retention
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development (healthcare experience is an asset but not required)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
A self‑starter with a results-driven mindset and strong business acumen
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
