Sales Representative

Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative for a full-time, permanent role based in Halifax, NS, offering a competitive salary of $65,000–$72,000 plus benefits, car allowance, and bonus.

In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across multiple provinces. The ideal candidate is a bilingual sales professional with a proven track record in hardware or consumer goods, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers to generate new business opportunities

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective and existing clients

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets

• Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and campaigns

• Work toward achieving and exceeding individual and team sales objectives

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales representation within hardware or consumer goods

• Bilingual in French and English (required)

• Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship building

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability and availability to travel to all provinces as required

• Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and access to a personal vehicle
