Adecco is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Support to join our client’s team for a full-time position located in Pickering, ON. The role offers a competitive salary between $50,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting sales operations, CRM accuracy, KPI tracking, and communication between cross-functional teams. You will be essential in helping the sales team stay focused, organized, and high performing.

  • Pay Rate: $50k-$55k/year.

  • Location: Pickering, ON

  • Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage and maintain CRM accuracy; monitor pipeline activity to ensure every lead and opportunity is tracked

  • Build and distribute weekly KPI dashboards (calls, meetings, referrals, conversions)

  • Track and manage incentive structures, commissions, and bonus payouts

  • Prepare agendas, sales results, and insights for leadership meetings

  • Support campaign execution, coordinate sales materials, and prepare client care plans

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with follow-up reporting

  • Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and leadership

  • Review expenses and flag billing/reporting discrepancies before they affect outcomes

  • Handle sensitive business and financial information with the utmost confidentiality

Requirements:  

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role (Sales Coordinator, Sales Operations Assistant, or Administrative Assistant supporting a sales team)

  • Proven experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) — including user management, reporting, and data integrity

  • Strong proficiency using AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day administrative and project activities.

  • Ability to leverage AI for tasks such as drafting correspondence, summarizing information, generating reports, and organizing project data.

  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools

  • Understanding of sales KPIs, incentive programs, and pipeline metrics

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently, anticipate team needs, and manage multiple priorities
