Sales Advisor - Inbound
Adecco is actively seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our client’s team in a fully remote position. You will be the first point of contact for our members, addressing their inquiries and concerns with a focus on exceptional service. Your role will be vital in resolving issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring our members have the best experience possible.
Location: Remote in Canada
Shift: 40hrs a week and open to work between 8am to 8pm.
Mandatory scheduled to work every 2nd weekend
Job type: Permanent | Full-time
**Must be available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays and must be available to attend all scheduled training - time off is not available during the training period.
Responsibilities:
Receive and manage inbound telephone inquiries and concerns from members.
Navigate through various systems to resolve member requests.
Provide exceptional customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding internal quality standards and KPIs.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate with empathy and professionalism, fostering strong member relationships.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and attend all scheduled training (no time off during training).
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Completion of post-secondary education.
2-3 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Genuine empathetic communication style.
Must provide 2 references from previous managers.
Must have completed a double COVID vaccination (verification required).
Minimum credit score of 601.
Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
