Adecco is actively seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our client’s team in Winnipeg, MB. This is a full-time role offering a salary of up to $65,000 per annum. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of store operations, from staff management to sales performance, ensuring compliance with all Cannabis and AGCO regulations.

- Hire, train, and manage staff; ensure all employees hold a valid CannSell license.
- Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain compliance.
- Develop schedules, maintain SOPs, and ensure adherence to Alcohol and Gaming Commission regulations.
- Lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment; resolve team and customer issues promptly.
- Drive sales through promotions, inventory management, and performance tracking.
- Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, audits, and facility upkeep.
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- 5+ years of retail management experience.
- Cannabis Retail Manager license (CannSell) or ability to obtain.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cannabis products, AGCO standards, and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
