Restaurant Manager

Adecco is actively seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our client’s team in Fredericton, NB on behalf of a well-known national quick-service brand. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high standards in food quality, safety, and service, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:  

• Lead and manage the day-to-day restaurant operations and shift planning.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards.

• Set clear targets for shifts and coach employees to meet and exceed expectations.

• Conduct pre-shift planning, food safety checks, and ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and guest-ready.

• Resolve guest concerns using a positive and proactive approach.

• Support sales and marketing initiatives by ensuring promotional execution.

• Conduct regular equipment and facility checks and report maintenance needs promptly.

• Motivate, train, and coach staff to perform at their best.

• Foster a respectful and inclusive workplace.

• Ensure all staff meet uniform and appearance standards.

• Provide performance feedback and development planning using Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

• Manage scheduling, staffing, and compliance with labour policies.

Requirements:  

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

• Prior experience in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.

• Excellent people leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong understanding of food safety and guest service standards.

• The ability to lead by example in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
