Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty for our client’s team in Richmond Hill, ON. In this role you will act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, providing personalized service, addressing concerns, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour (based on experience)

  • Location: Richmond Hill, ON (full-time in office)

  • Shift: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm | OT is possible during peak season

  • Job type: Long Term | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for and management of the relationship between company and the assigned business unit representatives and/or Clients in relation to the delivery of Communication based services.

  • Build trusted relationships between company and business unit representatives and/or clients through the delivery of Communication Services.

  • Ensure that Client Satisfaction ratings, net promoter score and product utilization targets for a specific region and/or Business Unit are met.

  • Manage day-to-day activities, including schedule management and requirements gathering, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and job deadlines are met.

  • Work with Business unit representatives and / or clients to ensure the retention of existing business and the procurement of new business.

  • Ensure all billing for assigned clients is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • At least 2 years’ experience managing a client portfolio

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent business experience is required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate diplomatically with
    clients, internal business partners, team members and other key stakeholders.

  • Flexibility with proven ability to work in a high pressure, deadline driven environment

  • Self-motivated

  • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

  • Ability to learn and use multiple software programs and applications.

  • Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new technology
