Registered Nurse Reviewers - Bilingual - French and English

Adecco is looking for meticulous and bilingual Nurse Reviewers to join our Client Services team. This remote, full-time contract position lasts 3 months and offers a competitive hourly rate of $33-$35. As a Nurse Reviewer, you'll assist Project Managers in delivering top-notch projects and exceptional client service. Your role will be crucial in evaluating claims, working with internal teams, and upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

• Pay rate: $35-$40/hour

• Location: Fully remote

• Shifts: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

• Job type: 3-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed chart reviews and analyses to extract essential medical information, ensuring all project deliverables meet high standards and deadlines.

• Use proprietary software tools for accurate and timely case management and claims submission.

• Collaborate with team leadership to address and resolve project-related issues.

• Prepare client communications and contribute to policy and procedure updates.

• Verify data and processing requirements, handling corrections efficiently.

 

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN); experience in orthopedics, disability case management, or quality assurance is a plus.

• Bilingual in Canadian French and English.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with databases preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience preferred
