Regional Marketing Manager
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple locations within a designated region for our client in Regina, SK. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals, drive brand awareness, and support revenue growth. Responsibilities:
Reporting to and receiving direction from the manager, industry events, the rule is responsible for partnering with the operations area management team and marketing division to develop and implement event, sponsorship and program strategies that elevate companies brand awareness, visibility and reputation as well as create networking and relationship building opportunities for sales staff among customers, producers and industry stakeholders in Canadian agriculture, Agri business and Agri food
lead organization’s ratios and industry event programs within the sales area including identifying strategic opportunities, negotiate contracts and create and implement all aspects of the event strategy
increase Organization’s visibility and long-term opportunities with new existing key regional associations, central of influence and other industry stakeholders negotiate partner agreements, contracts and other such agreements that allows the external stakeholders to meet their needs while presenting the long term interest of company
serve as a strategic consultant and 1st point of contact 4 marketing within an operation, sales area
Polite support to each district by coaching and mentoring operations sales staff with specific focus on marketing and RCMP, including frequent presentations and formal training on marketing tools, networking and trade show sales approach
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Extensive knowledge of agriculture marketing business development sales and communication practices
Thorough understanding and experience in the planning and execution of events and sponsorship exit
Excellent facilitation project management verbal, written and listening skills
Working knowledge of word, excel and outlook as well as must stay informed of changing software applications social media and online trends is essential
Knowledge is generally acquired by having completed:
An undergraduate degree in marketing agriculture or business administration
five to seven years of related experience all equivalent combination of education and experience
