Regional District Manager

Adecco is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional District Manager to oversee restaurant operations in Mississauga, ON. This full-time role is ideal for a strong leader passionate about driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and developing teams, ensuring financial and operational success, and maintaining high standards across all sites.

Responsibilities:  

• Regularly visit and support restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations and effective people management.

• Drive success and profitability of restaurants while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Motivate and coach employees, embodying strong leadership and company values. Responsible for hiring, training, and developing managers.

• Conduct monthly audits covering financials, HR, and health and safety standards at each location.

• Analyze and report weekly on sales and profits, and consistently monitor expenditures and labour.

• Assign and manage budget and labour costs to optimize project efficiencies and profit margins.

• Visit 4-5 sites per week, with occasional extended travel up to 2 weeks for new store openings.

Requirements:  

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

• 3-5 years in restaurant management with 2-3 years of experience managing multiple locations.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
