Receptionist
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time professional and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client’s organization in Surrey, BC. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily office activities.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Location: Surrey, BC
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

Responsibilities:
Answering phones on a multi-line switchboard.
Filing documents.
Processing credit card POS payments.
Running mail.
Scheduling meetings for management.
Ordering office supplies.
Other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Minimum 2+ years of experience with receptionist or admin-type work.
Excellent customer service approach to handling daily interactions.
Computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must have great written and verbal communication skills.
