Adecco is currently seeking a professional and personable Part-time Receptionist to join our client’s team in Winnipeg, MB for 1-month with possibility of extension. - Location: Winnipeg, MB
- Shifts: Monday-Friday | First 3-5 days would be training 8:00-4:30pm then part time 12:30-4:30pm daily with the possibility of shift extension.
- Job type: 1-month with possibility of extension | Part-time

- Greet clients and visitors both in-person and on the phone with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
- Efficiently triage and transfer incoming calls and handle client inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain the reception desk in a tidy and presentable manner, ensuring all pamphlets and bulletins are available.
- Manage Outlook meeting room calendars and announce guest arrivals.
- Process and sort all incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers, Canada Post, and faxes.
- Maintain postage meter funds, prepare shipping labels, and place service calls for postage machine issues.
- Monitor and order office and coffee supplies, validate and prepare payment instructions for Accounts Payable.
- Update and manage employee contact information and assist with various administrative tasks and office committees.
- Coordinate and support team engagement activities.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
- Proficient in managing multiple phone lines.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
