Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time experienced Receptionist to work for Porsche in North York, ON. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.

If you have previous experience in a receptionist role, previous automotive experience, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for you!   • Pay Rate: 18.00/hour

  • Location: North York, ON

  • Shift: 8 hours

  • Must be available to work within dealership hours - 

  • Monday to Thursday – 7:30AM to 6:00 PM

  • Friday – 7:30AM - 5:00 PM

  • Saturday – 7:30AM – 6PM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Being a Porsche Brand Ambassador

  • Ensure the customers and prospects have an outstanding and first class customer experience

  • Welcome Porsche customers in a pleasant and professional manner and address their needs

  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner, greeting and directing them accordingly

  • Provide accurate information to Porsche customers and visitors

  • Act as a liaison between the Porsche Customer and Staff

  • Complying with Porsche Customer Service standards

  • Managing payments and deposits and prepare appropriate receipts/invoices

  • Ensure the waiting area is always neat and presentable

  • Achieving assigned targets

  • Continuous personal development

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin is a strong asset

  • 1-2 years of prior experience working within the Automotive industry is required

  • 1 to 2 years previous Reception experience

  • 1 to 2 years customer service experience (preferable in a premium brand)

  • Business and/or technical education at a university/college

  • Working knowledge of standard computer applications (i.e. MS Office) & Outlook

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Energetic and positive mindset

  • Self-motivated with a results driven approach

  • A team player and problem solver

  • A clear verbal and written communicator

  • High levels of self-discipline and organizational ability

  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
