Property Manager - Commercial

Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Property Manager in Calgary, AB, to oversee the daily operations and administration of a diverse property portfolio.

In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients, tenants, and vendors, ensuring seamless lease negotiations, regulatory compliance, and property maintenance. You will also be responsible for financial management, including budget preparation and financial reporting, while identifying opportunities for capital improvements.

To succeed, you should have at least 8 years of experience in property management, strong communication skills, and expertise in financial reporting and real estate regulations. A professional designation such as CPM or RPA is considered an asset.

• Salary: $80K – $100K

• Schedule: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the property portfolio.

• Resolve tenant, vendor, or property issues promptly and professionally.

• Act as the client’s representative in lease renewal negotiations, tenant communications, and regulatory matters.

• Develop annual operating budgets for client approval.

• Review, interpret, and advise clients on monthly financial statements.

• Conduct property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and lease compliance.

• Arrange and oversee third-party contract services, maintenance work, and property repairs.

• Assess property needs and collaborate with clients to develop capital improvement projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada.

• 8+ years of experience in property management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and real estate regulations.

• Strong financial reporting skills and business acumen.

• Proficiency in property management software.

• Understanding of market trends and property valuation.

• A professional designation such as CPM or RPA is an asset.
