Adecco is actively seeking a skilled and energetic Project Manager to join our client’s team in the GTA area in Ontario. This full-time, hybrid role allows you to work remotely for most of the week, with occasional travel to project sites for meetings and inspections. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and coordination between departments, clients, and project teams.   • Pay Rate: $75k/year.

Responsibilities:  

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and coordinate in-person meetings for project introductions.

  • Ensure clear and accurate flow of communications and documentation according to company procedures and policies.

  • Schedule and coordinate handoff meetings from the Sales team to the Project Management (PM) department.

  • Organize and conduct progress meetings as the project moves through development stages, including shop drawing reviews and pre-installation meetings.

  • Follow up on shop drawings with clients and manage revisions when necessary.

  • Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products as per project timelines.

  • Arrange for site surveys and issue purchase orders when needed.

  • Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings, issuing detailed reports.

  • Maintain and update project management systems regularly to reflect the current status of each project.

  • Report unsafe situations on-site to ensure a safe work environment.

  • Share project updates and communications with internal teams and clients to ensure everyone is aligned.

  • Manage project documentation and ensure that all necessary paperwork is up to date at all times.

Requirements:  

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work remotely, travel to project sites, and attend in-person meetings when required.

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Energetic, self-confident, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Previous experience in construction project management is essential.

  • A college diploma in a construction-related field is required.

  • Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
