Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading restoration company in Saskatoon, SK, earning $100,000 per year. - Oversee new claims from initial inspection through to project completion, ensuring superior quality and client satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of restoration projects including scoping, sketching, estimating, job costing, resource coordination, and communication with clients and adjusters.
- Set clear expectations with clients regarding timelines and deliverables for emergency services, contents, abatement, and repairs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and sub-trades to ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards.
- Partner with Project Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely administrative support.
- Monitor invoicing and collections to maintain healthy project margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, insurance partners, and property managers to drive ongoing business.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to staff across departments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Approve staffing and overhead costs; coordinate with HR on hiring and training.
- Resolve escalated issues using professionalism and effective conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, proper PPE use, and equipment maintenance.
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry.
- Proven project management success with strong client relationship skills.
- IICRC WRT certification (required).
- Background in carpentry, abatement, or water damage restoration.
- Valid Alberta driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
