Project Manager - Multifamily

Adecco is hiring a full-time Project Manager in Kelowna, BC, for a leading construction and development company.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Location: Kelowna, BC

• Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 per year

• Shifts: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family construction projects.

• Work closely with the Development Team on design development and constructability.

• Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.

• Manage project budgets, track costs, and forecast financial trends.

• Oversee timelines and ensure on-time project delivery.

• Supervise and support the site team, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.

• Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to reside and work within Canada.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or Building Technology.

• Gold Seal Constructor or PMP designation (or working towards it) is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in wood-frame, multi-family residential construction.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Knowledge of OH&S regulations, building codes, and contract administration.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
