Project Manager - Multifamily
Adecco is hiring a full-time Project Manager in Kelowna, BC, for a leading construction and development company.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 per year
Shifts: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family construction projects.
Work closely with the Development Team on design development and constructability.
Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Manage project budgets, track costs, and forecast financial trends.
Oversee timelines and ensure on-time project delivery.
Supervise and support the site team, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.
Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be eligible to reside and work within Canada.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or Building Technology.
Gold Seal Constructor or PMP designation (or working towards it) is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in wood-frame, multi-family residential construction.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Knowledge of OH&S regulations, building codes, and contract administration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
