Project Manager - Construction
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Project Manager – Construction to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. In this role you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate teams, stakeholders, and project resources efficiently, and requires experience in Multifamily wood frame apartment projects.
Salary: $120K-$145K / year (based on experience)
Location: Calgary, AB
Shift: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Foster a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Oversee safety reporting and implement comprehensive site safety plans.
Lead project teams, ensuring clear responsibilities and efficient execution.
Review project progress, address risks, and maintain quality standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and compliance with building codes.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Provide updates on budgets, timelines, and project concerns.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and reporting.
Oversee invoicing, payments, and financial forecasting.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure successful project completion, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
Support warranty responsibilities and continuous team development.
Stay informed on industry trends and represent the company in networking events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated experience in Construction Project Management.
Experience in Multifamily wood frame apartment projects
In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, regulatory requirements, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Microsoft Office)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive in addressing challenges and adapting to project needs.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Skilled in tracking metrics, analyzing data, and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
