Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil Engineering to join our client’s consulting firm in London & Southwestern, ON. In this role, you will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of residential and ICI development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key point of contact for clients and project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and strategic oversight while contributing to the firm’s continued growth and success in the civil engineering and land development sector.

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of residential and ICI development projects, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage client expectations through clear and proactive communication.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, progress payment certificates, and accounts receivable management.
- Identify new business opportunities and participate in proposal development, including project scoping and RFP assessments.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Attend and actively contribute to project meetings, providing updates, recommendations, and solutions.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant government technical standards, engineering practices, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support design reviews, risk assessments, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of Civil Engineering design experience in a consulting environment, with at least 4 years in Project Management.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or C.E.T. designation required.
- Strong knowledge of Subdivision and/or Site Plan review processes, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, and client relationship management experience.
