As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process for your assigned project. Working alongside the Project Superintendent, you will ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of all corporate and project obligations while fostering positive relationships with clients, consultants, third parties, and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Preconstruction:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including cost planning, project scheduling, and value engineering.
Organize preconstruction activities to maximize value for all stakeholders.
Lead the transition from the Development/Estimating team to the Operations team for a seamless handover.
Project Execution & Coordination:
Manage all project phases, from tendering through construction, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance.
Implement project execution plans that align with performance, schedule, and profitability goals.
Facilitate project start-up meetings, engineering reviews, and constructability assessments.
Estimating & Procurement:
Support the estimating team in preparing project estimates to align with owner value and profitability targets.
Collaborate on trade partner selection to optimize project success.
Oversee project procurement and subcontract agreements.
Resource Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
Strategically allocate resources to optimize safety, quality, and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and trade partners.
Participate in contract negotiations and execution to align with project objectives.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance:
Implement and enforce corporate health, safety, and environmental programs.
Ensure compliance with all legislative and company safety standards.
Financial & Performance Monitoring:
Develop and manage project budgets, track progress, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Establish and oversee project schedules using tools such as the Last Planner System.
Issue Resolution & Contract Administration:
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
Manage project administration, including change orders, RFIs, and document control.
Project Closeout & Warranty Management:
Oversee quality control inspections and deficiency resolutions.
Manage trade contractor deliverables related to project closeout and warranties.
Coordinate city inspections and ensure timely building occupancy and financial closeout.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada.
Post-Secondary Certificate/Degree in Engineering or a related Construction discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management within a Construction Management organization.
Proven success in delivering commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use construction projects of $100+ million.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
Expertise in project delivery services and value-added constructability processes.
Collaborative experience during preconstruction and construction phases.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
