Adecco is currently hiring a full-time organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in Scarborough, ON. In this role, you will assist project managers by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in project coordination or administration.

  • Location: Scarborough, ON (onsite- in office)

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Review of drawings and specifications to become familiar with the project

  • Review major material purchase orders

  • Assist on procurement of shop drawings from suppliers

  • Review of shop drawings with the project manager and submit to consultant engineer for approvals

  • Pricing of change notices

  • Coordinate with foreman, suppliers and project manager on day to day issues

  • Assemble close-out documents for submission to customer

  • Flexibility and willingness to perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems

  • Minimum 5 Years experience as an Electrical Estimator

  • Experienced with project software such as Accubid, Excel, Microsoft Project, and PDF software

  • Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality of work

  • Exceptional work ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
