Project Coordinator - High Rise
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated Project Coordinator with experience in high-rise construction to join our dynamic team in the Guelph and London regions. In this role, you will support the successful planning, execution, and completion of high-rise projects by coordinating resources, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication between all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Support the project manager in planning, scheduling, and executing high-rise construction projects.
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with the estimating team to analyze project costs, prepare bid packages, and assist in procurement processes.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address on-site challenges, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication with all stakeholders.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to track progress, manage schedules, and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in preparing progress reports, tracking project milestones, and identifying risks to ensure timely project delivery.
Work closely with project managers, site superintendents, and design teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in high-rise construction.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with construction estimation processes, including cost analysis and tender preparation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between project sites in the London and Guelph region.
