Project Coordinator
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and administration for our client’s team in Calgary, AB. In this role you will assist project managers, coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure smooth communication between teams. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
Support the preparation and review of proposals, contracts, and specifications.
Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety and project plans.
Organize and document site meetings, tracking progress and potential risks.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control measures.
Process invoices and coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments.
Ensure work meets contractual specifications and quality standards.
Conduct inspections and collaborate with quality control teams to resolve issues.
Maintain organized project records, including contracts and progress reports.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Act as the primary contact for project-related inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years as a Project Coordinator in high-rise concrete construction.
Experience managing projects in the Calgary region is a strong asset.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations for high-rise projects.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
PMP or equivalent certification (an asset).
Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel to project sites.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
