Production Associate

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time hardworking and reliable Production Associate to support daily production operations for our client in Trenton, ON. This role requires you to be physically fit, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This role involves material handling, palletizing, assisting production teams, and following strict safety and hygiene standards.

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• Location: Trenton, ON

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday between the hours of 3:30am-5:30pm (shift times vary)

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Palletizing product and loading pallets following appropriate pallet patterns.

• Assisting production by delivering ingredients to production stations.

• Keeping the production floor and stations clean by removing garbage and performing light janitorial duties.

• Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear Green Tag safety boots and a hair net.

• No jewelry permitted during work hours.

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual labor.

• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines is an asset.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
