Process Engineer

Our client, a global leader in their manufacturing field, is seeking a Process Engineer role based in the West GTA. This position supports process design and optimization across multiple industrial sites, with a focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation. QUALIFICATIONS - Process Engineer

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering (Master’s an asset)

• 5–7 years’ process engineering experience

• P.Eng, or eligible for P.Eng registration in Ontario

• Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, hazard analysis

• Familiarity with hydrogen systems, AutoCAD, ASPEN an asset

• Strong organizational and collaborative skills

RESPONSIBILITIES - Process Engineer

• Develop heat/material balances, PFDs, P&IDs

• Conduct process calculations and equipment sizing

• Support commissioning and start-up of systems

• Participate in hazard analyses and design reviews

• Prepare technical reports and operating manuals
