Adecco is currently seeking a Power BI Developer for a full-time, temporary role with hybrid work in Ottawa or Toronto.

This position supports the Cyber Division by designing Copilot Studio agents, automating workflows, delivering high-impact reporting, and ensuring responsible AI practices. The ideal candidate has advanced experience in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and workflow automation, and is eligible for a Secret-level security clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Copilot Studio agents to answer data questions and automate workflows (Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph) with strong guardrails and security

  • Implement secure, authenticated refresh (OAuth2/API keys) and connections to external systems, handling pagination, throttling, and on-premises gateway configurations

  • Oversee Power BI for the Cyber Division: semantic model design, DAX, report UX, performance tuning, and governance

  • Use Copilot in Power BI to accelerate report authoring and insight summaries

  • Deliver high-impact reporting with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric: data ingestion, trusted data repositories, semantic modeling, DAX implementation, and performance optimization

  • Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring data readiness, grounding/evaluation, and compliance with Generative AI guidelines

  • Provide guidance and subject-matter expertise to colleagues, supporting knowledge transfer and skill development

  • Perform other activities and deliverables as required

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work and reside withinCanada

  • Eligible for a Secret-level security clearance (5 years of residential history in Canada)

  • Minimum 5 years advanced experience in Power BI modeling & DAX, performance tuning, and governance

  • Minimum 5 years advanced experience with APIs for analytics (auth, pagination, throttling)

  • Minimum 2 years advanced experience in Microsoft Fabric fundamentals (Workspaces, Notebooks, Pipelines, OneLake, SQL Analytics)

  • Minimum 2 years advanced experience designing and integrating Copilot Studio agents (Power Automate / Dataverse / Microsoft Graph)

  • Additional considered qualifications: RTI/KQL experience, technical leadership in Power BI/MS Fabric CoP, stakeholder engagement experience
