• Responsible for receiving couriers in and also for sending out; waybill creations.

• Maintaining a clean and polished front entrance area, ensuring that visitors log in and out of the meeting rooms.

• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

• Other front desk duties as assigned.
