Adecco is hiring for a temporary full-time Packer job opening in Mississauga, ON. In this role you will be responsible packing production orders after the items have been checked for quality control. This fast-paced position will require standing and repetitive functions; agronomical set up is provided. Get your foot in the door with a manufacturing  provide by applying today!

  • Pay rate: $17.42/hour

  • Location: Mississauga, ON (Dundas Street East and 403) – free parking

  • Shifts: 2pm – 10:15pm (present but additional shifts to come up at anytime in case you are flexible or looking for other shifts)

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Packer Responsibilities:

  • Packing of production orders within a production line; this the final stage

  • Folding the items in a neat, orderly fashion to ensure the product is not bent or compromised

  • Preparing orders for shipment 

  • Follow all safety procedures and practices

  • Other tasks assigned by the lead/supervisor

Packer Qualifications:

  • Previous packing experience is a strong asset

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, ability to bend and move with ease, and lift up to 25lbs

  • Must be able to work in a quick, fast-paced setting at the end of the production line

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Work well independently but also as a key team member

  • Be passionate about cleanliness, health and safety; approved safety boots required

  • Strong work ethic to be on time for shift changes and reliable overall

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
