Order Picker

Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time temporary position in Lyn, ON.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders in cooler and freezer environments, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the warehouse team in daily operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in cold temperatures.

• Location: Lyn, ON

• Job Type: Full-time, temporary (with potential for temp-to-perm)

• Schedule: Varied between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM

  Pay rate: $22/hour

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders in cooler and freezer environments, following pick labels and packing with care

• Stack boxes of various sizes onto skids safely and securely

• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the shift

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by clearing debris and tidying spills

• Conduct daily safety checks on power carts or stackers and report any issues

• Transport pallets from the grading floor to the cooler with care to prevent breakage

• Collaborate with the Cart Person and Cooler Rotation team to manage inventory and stock rotation

• Receive training on powered equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers to safely load and unload trucks

• Communicate effectively and support your team wherever needed

Qualifications:

• Previous general labour or warehouse experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Comfortable working in cold or freezer environments

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods

• Basic math and computer skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
