Adecco is currently hiring a full-time organized and reliable Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support the day‑to‑day functioning of our client’s business in Emsdale, ON. This role combines leadership, office management, operational coordination, and occasional field responsibilities. This role requires you to be proactive, dedicated, and committed to ensuring smooth workflows across all areas of the organization.
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Location: Emsdale, ON
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (may start as early as 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities:
Oversee all office administration, including bookkeeping, filing, and document management.
Conduct site visits and coordinate sales, work orders, and job scheduling.
Provide leadership and operational oversight to support business objectives.
Assist with early morning work orders when required.

Proven ability to manage operations effectively.
High level of integrity, loyalty, and dedication
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
