- Pay rate: $25/hour.
- Location: Oshawa, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Enter orders into the purchasing system.
- Review and enter packing slips.
- Utilize Maximo and SAP for data management.
- Schedule weekend overtime using a web-based program.
- Manage ADP payroll processes.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Google Docs/Excel.
- Operate office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, and faxes.
- Schedule meetings and maintain filing systems in alpha order.
- Assemble and categorize data from various reports.
- Update and maintain records based on data collection.
- Communicate via email and phone, responding to inquiries efficiently.
- Process employee documents related to work boots and clothing.
- Track and record documents to meet business standards.
- Maintain monthly employee programs.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Grade 12 Secondary School diploma with some post-secondary education, preferably in a Business program.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient keyboarding and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good judgment in responding to inquiries.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Drive/Sheets, and other data entry software.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when required.
- Knowledge of general office and accounting procedures.
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
