Adecco is partnering with a highly respected and well-established outpatient healthcare clinic is hiring several skilled and motivated Occupational Therapists to join their clinic in Toronto, ON. In this role you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions that help individuals develop, restore, or maintain the skills needed for daily living, work, and meaningful activities. Working with clients of all ages, the OT evaluates physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors affecting function, and delivers evidence‑based treatment to promote independence, safety, and well‑being. This role collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to support optimal outcomes in clinical, community, or home‑based environments.
Pay Rate: 90K/annually

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ functional abilities, including physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial domains.
Develop customized treatment plans aimed at improving independence in daily living, self‑care, mobility, and participation in meaningful activities.
Deliver therapeutic interventions such as fine/gross motor skill development, cognitive rehabilitation, sensory integration, functional training, and compensatory strategies.
Recommend and train clients on the use of adaptive equipment, assistive technologies, and environmental modifications.
Provide education and coaching to clients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and ongoing support needs.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on client goals and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.
Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, social workers, educators, and other professionals to coordinate client care.
Support safe discharge or transition planning across home, school, workplace, and community settings.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, program development, and evidence‑based practice activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current, valid registration/licensure with the appropriate provincial or state regulatory body.
Experience in clinical, community, rehabilitation, mental health, or pediatric settings is an asset.
CPR/First Aid certification (as required by role).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for community‑based roles)
Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Client‑centered, compassionate approach to care.
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology.
Strong organizational, documentation, and time‑management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
