NonStop Support Specialist

Adecco is currently seeking a NonStop Support Specialist for a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client, a well-established provider of enterprise security solutions for the HPE NonStop platform, located in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys solving problems, providing responsive client support, and building expertise in a specialized product portfolio. You will support customers using HPE NonStop environments, collaborate with internal technical teams, and help ensure timely resolution and high client satisfaction in a hybrid work model.

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 3 days in-office / 2 days work-from-home)
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Business Hours)
Job type: Permanent | Full-time
Pay rate: $70,000 - $80,000 Competitive (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Mention supporting customers by responding to technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

  • Provide clear communication and follow-up via email, phone, and other channels

  • Escalate and coordinate as needed to drive resolution and ensure customer satisfaction

NonStop Platform & Technical Troubleshooting

  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HPE NonStop environments

  • Participate in product training and quickly build strong knowledge of the company’s security solutions and support workflows

  • Contribute to improving troubleshooting steps, knowledge base content, and repeatable resolution processes

Ticket Tracking, Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Track and manage customer interactions to ensure timelines, updates, and service standards are met

  • Maintain detailed records of customer issues, actions taken, and final resolutions

  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to enhance customer support processes and documentation

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in technical support, customer support, IT operations, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach

  • Organized, responsive, and diligent—able to manage multiple cases with strong follow-up habits

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with HPE NonStop is a strong asset (training provided)

  • Comfortable working a hybrid schedule in Mississauga (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

  • Interest in learning new technologies, programming languages, and software frameworks
