Adecco is currently hiring several full-time reliable and detail-oriented individuals as Merchandising Associates to support an in-store product relining project. In this role, you will reset and stock shelves according to a provided planogram, ensuring products are properly organized and displayed. This is a hands-on, physical position that requires regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting. You will interact with store staff, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and report any issues that arise. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently or as part of a small team and enjoys completing task based projects. This position is short term 1-2 days assignment at multiple retail locations in Western Canada

  • Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with re-lining and stocking haircare products according to a provided planogram

  • Remove, relocate, and organize products on shelves, occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs

  • Stand, bend, and kneel as needed to complete tasks, using provided knee pads when necessary

  • Communicate with associates regarding product availability or issues

  • Check in at the Customer Service desk at the start of the shift and sign out upon completion

  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

  • Report any discrepancies or challenges to the on-site contact person

Qualifications:

  • Physically able to perform tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 lbs

  • Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks over a shift

  • Good communication skills to coordinate with store staff and project supervisors

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team

  • Dress casual with closed-toe shoes; safety shoes not required

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
